How many times has someone on your friends list posted about something and you were really confused, but you didn't want to ask because you knew you SHOULD know? How many times have you felt guilty asking an LJ friend a question that should be obvious?

Well, here's your chance.

If you've missed a few things, missed an entry and are confused, ask me anything. Even something EXTREMELY basic, like where I live! I'm not allowed to get even slightly irritated at any of the questions - we've all missed things before.

(Feel free to ask anonymously. I don't even track IP addresses.)

Any kind of relationship between any number of consenting adults is OK by me. From a legal perspective, any rights and privileges should apply equally to all kinds of relationship contracts. Ideally the individual privileges should be separable, rather than only being available in one big bundle called "marriage".

Hm, I don't consider myself much of an animation fan, as in I enjoy some stuff but I don't really seek it out. Shows I regularly watch are pretty much limited to Venture Brothers, Simpsons, King of the Hill, and South Park. (And I've seen every episode of Daria and Beavis & Butthead.) Movies, I gravitate more towards the strange and pyschedelic; I loved Fantastic Planet and Princess Mononoke, and liked most of the other Miyazaki I've seen. Not that into the Disney stuff, though I liked both Toy Stories and remember liking Cinderella long ago. I love the classic Chuck Jones toons, of course (particularly '50s Daffy Duck), but I hate all the modern stuff (especially after Mel Blanc died). There have been a lot of groovy animated music videos on MTV2's Subterranean show, but I don't recall any ones in particular. I liked Waking Life and Five Obstructions and am looking forward to A Scanner Darkly. There are probably others I'm forgetting...

Oops, I meant Sleeping Beauty, not Cinderella-- the one with the dragon.

Here's a good ol' stupid question:

Have we met in real life?

There's some part of me that thinks we must have, but I don't know / remember. Which is perhaps insulting, so here's a good time to ask. =)

Not to my knowledge, though we may have been in the same room at some point at Northeastern and not known it. (PL Seminar?)
