Oops, I'm a little late for a Monday post, but hey, it was a holiday. This week's track is Neil Young & Crazy Horse, "Bandit". It sort of breaks my obscure-music-only rule, but I get the impression that Greendale has been tagged as a "for fans only" album so probably not many of you have heard it (but you all should, if you have the patience). This isn't my favorite track on the album; it's the only acoustic song, and I generally prefer the electrified Crazy Horse stuff to Neil Young's country/folky side (although this is by far the least rockin' of the Crazy Horse albums). But it's one of the few tracks that's under 7 minutes, and it's been going through my head lately, probably because the chorus is apt for the Hunt (and the tune and tempo go with the melancholy of it being over).
