I'm toying with the idea of going to one of the Pixies shows at the Tsongas Arena in Lowell this week. Both the Wednesday and Thursday shows appear to not be sold out, and they're even general admission so there might be decent seats if we don't get there late. Is anyone interested in going with me to one or the other? (I'm not going to both, at $45 a pop, but I'm free either night.)

Thanks for the offer! Upon further reflection, though, I think I'm just going to skip it. I've been remembering my dislike for arena crowds, arena sound, and arena prices. Maybe I'll be kicking myself later, but for now I can hope that they play again some day in some slightly smaller place (the Orpheum, maybe? or Axis?)
