Hitchens on Reagan

Not to pile on, but I'm amused by Christopher Hitchens providing more fuel for the Reagan anti-memorial:
The fox, as has been pointed out by more than one philosopher, knows many small things, whereas the hedgehog knows one big thing. Ronald Reagan was neither a fox nor a hedgehog. He was as dumb as a stump.

Heh, two people quoting this Christopher Hitchens fellow within a few minutes on my friends page.

I know Hitchens was pretty solidly leftist when Reagan was prez, but he has become quite the pro-war, pro-Bush neocon in the last few years, especially since 9-11. I wouldn't have guessed that Hitchens would still be a Reagan critic today given his current political views.
