An alternative to not voting

For those who choose not to vote today, I respect your decision. But, to quote Oblique Strategies (by way of Slacker): Withdrawing in disgust is not the same thing as apathy. If you want to withdraw in disgust, consider voting for a third party or a write-in candidate; otherwise you'll be presumed apathetic.

I like the idea of having a None Of The Above option for each election. If that option actually wins then a new election is held and no one who ran in the previous election for that position is eligible to run.

Sadly, I live in Oklahoma where you can do neither (well, I say; we actually had a few independents on the ballot this time, but they were pretty much crazy people.)
