At first I thought "facerolling" was where you fool someone into clicking on a link to the video for "Poker Face", but the Urban Dictionary definition is pretty funny.
This doesn't look like a real cipher at all. Otherwise, it is the most brilliant cipher ever invented. For instance, eight letter "kindness" becomes the nine letter "prwwmrhhi".
Briefly, I thought this might be a Vigenere cipher, but no.
Hm, I just realized it's not even a cryptogram in the puzzle sense, it's a staightforward substitution of a = z, b = y, c = x, etc. But apparently someone had bad handwriting, e.g. q and g got mixed up (they're both t).
