Why? (To be fair, I haven't read any of it. I read part of Battlefield Earth but I just couldn't get through it. (I think part of it was finding out that the reason our hero isn't deformed was because he was too much of a male chauvinist pig to do the "women's work" of fetching water. That and it was boring.)
