Jack & Bobby future history
A very nice Jack & Bobby chronology details the events mentioned in the show from now until 2049. (Major spoilers, obviously, although it seems to be a couple episodes behind.) Still no flying cars, but there was an oblique reference to television having been replaced by something presumably Internet-based. Also, an aircraft carrier named the William Jefferson Clinton. (shyeah, right, as if.)
According to TV Tome, they made three different endings for the "Election Night" episode. I guess we'll have to wait for the DVD to see the "Kerry wins" and "too close to call" ones. (Apparently they didn't make a "Nader upset" ending.)
