As a general rule we don't allow pets.

Sometimes, however, we consider a small pet, when it's clearly an "established member" of the owner's family. And then only once the owner can demonstrate ability to prevent harm to property and nuisance to the other residents e.g., noise, odors, or 'souvenirs'.

Smoking is never allowed and we just nixed a broker's candidate over this.
